Return Policy
DayChainz offers FREE returns (For US orders) within 30 days of receiving your order through DayChainz.com. Returns requested after 30 days will NOT be accepted. For the holiday season, we are extending our 30 day return policy to 60 days for any order placed between November 15th and December 25th.
International Orders (Outside of US): We do not provide returns on items shipped outside of the United States unless there is an issue with your product (broken, we sent the wrong product). For international orders, all sales are final.
A FULL refund (Product Price + Shipping Costs) will be given under the following conditions:
- Bought the wrong size (i.e. 18” was too small).
- Jewelry Box, Chain, is damaged (Picture evidence required).
- Dissatisfaction with quality of products.
- MUST be located in the United States to receive full refund.
- Product must be intact upon return. Chain, Box, Velvet Insert, and Pouch all must be included in return package.
** We cover shipping costs for standard return shipping in the United States
A Partial refund (Product Price refunded, not shipping costs) will be given under the following conditions:
- Any issue with product
- Bought product with expedited shipping, 2 day shipping, overnight shipping
In order to initiate a refund, you must email company@daychainz.com and provide:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Reason for Requesting Return
We will use the email date to determine if the return request is within the 30 day window. DayChainz responds to all emails within 72 hours. If you do not hear back in that time frame, email us again.
Once your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label for it to be sent back to us. After receiving the product, we will process a refund on the card used to purchase the item.
**Return labels will be sent via email and must be printed out. If purchasing an item, you understand that if you want to return the item you must have access to a printer.
