Shipping policy

If an order you placed is out of stock or on back order, we will email you within 48 hours to let you know.  At that point we will give you options of a full refund, wait for the back-ordered item, or exchange for an item in stock.  We try to manage our stock as best we can between e-commerce platforms, but it does not always stay synced.  In some cases, shipping may be held up for various reasons. Please check the main page of our website for these updates.


Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday or Tuesday. Please contact us within 30 days to be eligible for a refund.


For U.S orders, we offer free standard shipping. 


  • Order ships in 24-72 hours on business days.
  • Most standard shipping orders arrive at their destination within 3-7 business days via USPS or UPS.
  • Allow up to 10 business days for your package to arrive. 
  • If your package does not arrive in 10 business days, please contact company@daychainz.com about your order. Please provide the order number.



For international orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive. 


  • If you do not receive your order in this time frame,  please contact company@daychainz.com about your order. 
  • We use USPS, DHL, or UPS for international orders.  We choose the best value option of time and price.  We will keep the standard of shipping in line with how much you pay.  
  • International Shipping will normally cost between $10-$20 USD
  • The expected delivery dates are provided by the courier, and is subject to change.
  • International Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and you will be aware of such costs before purchase. 
  • International shipping costs and other processing fees will not be refunded if a return is initiated from a location outside of the United States. 



Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by external factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery that is beyond our control.
