At that point we will give you options of a full refund, wait for the back-ordered item, or exchange for an item in stock. We try to manage our stock as best we can between e-commerce platforms, but it does not always stay synced. In some cases, shipping may be held up for various reasons. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday or Tuesday. Please contact us within 30 days to be eligible for a refund.
For U.S orders, we offer free standard shipping.
For international orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive.
